This unique design features easier, side opening for trouble-free observation and clean-out. Designed by Frank Zuern to be a safer nesting place for Eastern Bluebirds, this horizontal box simulates a hollow tree branch, widely used by these favorite birds. Over 90% nest near the back of the box, behind a vertical baffle, out of the reach of predators. Wood squirrel guard included. Constructed out of Eastern White Pine. NABS (North American Bluebird Society) Approved. Made in the USA!
